Have you ever inserted coins into some Coke machine and you haven't recieved your drink?

Happend to us today. After I angrily kicked the machine from all sides, a guy standing at the nearby machine proposed us to call the number written on the machine. Considering it was Sunday afternoon (shortly after New Year), I was not expecting somebody to answer, not even sort out the situation, BUT, they answered the phone and asked for my bank account or address and promised to send the money back!!! ... btw the call was free of charge.

Well we will see, I will let you know ;-)
